How did you manage to raise a colony from one queen? Did you feed her before she had workers?

Hi, yea she need eat.In nature when she lay eggs, she go out from his nest and hunt small insect. When queens have got eggs need only honey water, when queen have got small larvae they need honey water and small insect. Pupae need a lot of insect (small fly is best) and warm place.

Pupae of Manica rubida can eat. Manica queens hunt and bring dead insect to nest and pupae eat it.
I can try make some photos how pupae eating.

Several species of ant have eating larvae. Pupae can't eat since they don't need any extra nutrition for growing.

I had a Manica rubida queen, but it died before the eggs hatched.

i am selling Manica rubida. I have got at home about 300 queens with larvae. I can change too.

i keep small flies(Drosophila hidey) and grasshopers, too.

Because i don't think you will be able to sell/trade them all
